The first gin to be introduced within the hugely popular Method & Madness range which has been created by the masters and apprentices from the Midleton Distillery in Co.Cork. Sixteen botanicals including black lemon & Irish gorse flower have been micro distilled in the oldest pot still in Ireland. Resulting in a gin with distinctive herbal and citrus notes!

 

Nose: Lemon balm and shredded ginger with a unique flavour from the wild Irish gorse flower
Taste: Spicy pine and notes of earthy woodland frost balanced with a burst of citrus
Finish: Clean and long with a lingering rooted orange citrus and slowly roasted spice
