The history of Poderi del Nespoli spans four generations of Romagna winemakers with an unshakable faith in their land and its fruits, tirelessly dedicated to its promotion by means of constant research and improvement.
Since 2010, the year in which the Ravaioli family entered a partnership with Mondodelvino Group, Poderi dal Nespoli wines have found their way onto numerous international markets. This is also thanks to the innovative momentum created by state-of-the-art technologies introduced across all grape processing and wine aging phases, guaranteeing qualitative improvement and compatibility with highly authentic processes.
This Trebbiano comes from organic grapes. This viticulture takes advantage of natural fertility of the soil, which is enhanced by limited works, improving the biodiversity and avoiding any kind of synthetic chemical products. The vine protection is done by copper and sulphur. Also, for the soil treatment the chemical fertilizers and herbicides are avoid. The oenological products used during the vinification are organically certified.
Tasting Note:
A fresh and zesty wine, with clear yellow colour. Aromas: citrus notes of lemon and citron with warm hints of tropical fruits. Similar flavours can be recognized while tasting the wine presenting a well-balanced acidity and a freshness typical of Trebbiano coming from this specific terroir.
Food Matches: Mixed salads, hand-made pasta with salmon sauce, vegetables (in a soup or baked), shrimp salad, pan fried fish served with rice.
