Our âBarely legalâ Rye with with its 51% Rye Mashbill is a story of patience, precision and
passion. It has a bold 60% ABV, but is exceptionally smooth, the high yellow corn content at 45% brings a smooth sweetness, that balances out the natural spiciness of the rye. Itâs further enriched with a âkissâ of an Irish whiskey cask, on Irelandâs southern coast.
