Amaretto Liqueur, lemon juice, cacao bitters

How to serve:
1. Grab a cocktail shaker
2. Fill it with ice cubes & 125ml of amaretto sour
3. Shake well for about 10 seconds 

4. Strain into a tumbler glass filled with ice cubes
5. Garnish with orange or lemon zest

1 L (8 x 125ml serves) at 12.5% ABV
